Role Description
The Human Resources Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, supporting day-to-day HR operations within a fast-paced technology and talent management workplace.



This role involves assisting with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance with company policies. The Human Resources Associate will coordinate training and development activities, help schedule and track learning programs, and support performance management processes. Daily responsibilities include responding to employee queries, maintaining HR records, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication and a positive employee experience. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of HR practices by providing feedback, monitoring HR metrics, and supporting HR projects aligned with organizational goals.
