What you'll own Content & publishing Plan and run the monthly content calendar across Instagram (reels, carousels, stories), YouTube Shorts and X Write hooks, captions and on-screen copy in Hinglish that sounds like a trader, not a marketer Brief and coordinate with the video editor; manage the shoot-to-publish pipeline end to end Schedule and publish via Later; maintain the asset library and content bank Repurpose one core idea into 4–5 formats across channels Telegram (the core of this role) Own the daily rhythm of the Telegram channel and community group — pre-market note, session context, post-market wrap, weekend education drops Moderate the group: enforce rules, remove tip-sellers, spam, referral links and impersonation accounts Set up and manage admin bots (welcome flows, auto-moderation,



scheduled posts, pinned message hygiene) Run polls, quizzes, AMAs and challenge threads that keep the community active without becoming a signal group Handle DMs and community queries; escalate anything advisory to the founder Build and manage the funnel from Instagram → Telegram → email list Growth & reporting Track reach, saves, shares, follower quality, Telegram join/churn, message-per-day activity, poll participation Weekly one-page report: what worked, what died, what we're changing Run experiments on posting windows, formats and hooks — and kill what doesn't move numbers Non-negotiable: compliance This is a regulated space and the brand's licence to operate depends on it.
