Role Description
The Outreach Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for engaging with students, schools, and universities to promote TopUni Network events and services. In this position, the Outreach Associate will conduct virtual and phone-based outreach, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about upcoming events, participating institutions, and available programs.
The role includes coordinating with internal teams to support event planning, maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, and following up with prospective participants to ensure strong attendance and engagement. The Outreach Associate will also deliver presentations, support online information sessions, and assist with community-building initiatives across digital channels. Success in this role requires proactive communication, relationship-building, and a focus on delivering a positive experience to all stakeholders.
