Role Summary

The
Director – Marketing
and Business Development

will own the overall marketing function for the company’s F&B; and hospitality brands in Bangalore. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition and repeat visits, improving conversion across digital touchpoints, and ensuring marketing activities directly support business growth.

Key Responsibilities





Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Create and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals (footfall, revenue, profitability, brand positioning).
- Develop brand strategy for the Chefworks.
- Set clear KPIs, budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes for campaigns.

Brand & Positioning
- Strengthen brand identity, tone of voice, and customer value propositions across channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across signage, menus, social media, email, WhatsApp, ads, and collaborations.
- Manage brand campaigns for seasonal promotions, launches, and high-demand periods.

Customer Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, local marketing, partnerships, and community activations.
