Role Description
This is a volunteer in office role for a Technical Trainer located in Panruti/Remote/Hybrid. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs, facilitating training sessions, and conducting assessments.
Daily tasks will include preparing training materials, providing hands-on training, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is up-to-date and relevant. The Technical Trainer will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on training outcomes and providing feedback to participants.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training
- Skills in Training & Development
- Strong Communication and Training skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
