Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining solid customer relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and self-sourced leads.
- Introduce Econz's cloud solutions and services, including Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Chrome Enterprise, and related offerings.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business needs, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing tea
