Key Responsibilities
- Act as the L3 technical escalation point for critical (P1/P2) middleware incidents.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident resolution, and post-incident reporting.
- Design, administer, and optimize enterprise middleware platforms.
- Lead middleware modernization and migration to Red Hat OpenShift.
- Perform JVM tuning, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
- Architect High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and clustering solutions.
- Implement middleware security including SSL/TLS, LDAP, OAuth, JAAS, and mTLS.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to WebSphere, WebLogic, IBM MQ, Kafka, API Connect, and DataPower.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams for solution delivery.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance on middleware best practices.
