1. To assist in Buying in order to create season look for different regions and store sizes.
2. All factors that ensure timely delivery of merchandise from supply chain to warehouse resources to the showrooms play an significant role.
3. Timely action on in-season trends to give incremental sales.
4. To assist in Creation of merchandise grid & brief for the season.

1. Create appropriate buying plan for assigned category as per Sales targets

Tracking Inventory Management Process
1. Ensure Ideal stock cover for each product category is maintained
2. Dormancy within specified norms
