At Purplechalk, we help brands scale their digital presence through seamless product experiences. We’re looking for an E-commerce Catalogue Specialist who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn the ins and outs of managing online product listings across platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.

Role Overview

Expected experience: minimum 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities

* Upload and update product listings on Shopify and WooCommerce, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.

* Maintain catalogue accuracy by performing regular audits and ensuring products are categorised correctly.

* Write SEO-optimised product titles and descriptions that align with brand tone and improve search visibility.

* Manage collections, tags, filters, and attributes to enhance user navigation.

* Ensure product data consistency across websites, marketplaces, and internal databases.

* Assist in setting up promotions, discounts,



and product visibility settings during campaigns.

* Collaborate with the design team to ensure images, banners, and thumbnails meet web standards.

* Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to support new product launches and seasonal collections.

* Perform regular quality checks to identify errors in listings, broken links, or missing assets.

* Generate weekly catalogue performance reports and share insights with the operations team.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management or related roles.

* Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce CMS platforms.

* Basic understanding of SEO practices, product data management, and digital merchandising.

* Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads and product tracking.

* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

* Ability to work across multiple brands and manage tight deadlines.
