About the Role This role involves working in a client-facing pre-sales capacity, utilizing Salesforce expertise to design and propose solutions that meet client needs. Success in this position requires the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and think critically to develop structured solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and experience in a similar consulting role.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize hands-on Salesforce experience to design and propose solutions to clients
- Run compelling demos and think critically during client conversations
- Translate ambiguous requirements into structured documentation




- Estimate solution efforts by breaking down workstreams and assigning effort
- Draft client-facing emails, solution documents, and presentation decks
- Communicate complex ideas effectively through strong written and verbal skills
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative and programmatic capabilities

Requirements
- Have 7–12 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
- Have meaningful exposure to at least two Salesforce clouds
- Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce's declarative and programmatic capabilities
- Have prior experience in a client-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role
- Be able to run a compelling demo and think on your feet during client conversations
- Be comfortable with estimation and breaking down solutions into workstreams
