- Familiarity with NBFC compliance and regulatory reporting
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
- Understanding of credit funnel — sourcing to sanction to disbursement

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent
