Oracle Fusion Financials, General Ledger (GL) implementation, business analysis, and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologie
s

The consultant will support finance teams in designing and enhancing planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support FP&A; initiatives usi
ng IBM Planning Analytics (T
M1)
- Develop and enhance TM1 models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Gather business requirements and translate them into TM1 solutions
- Support Oracle Fusion Financials, GL implementation, reporting, and data integration activities
- Perform financial analysis, testing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and project teams across Agile and Waterfall environments
- Prepare documentation,



support deployments, and provide user training.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience
in FP&A;, Finance Systems Consulting, or EPM solutions
- Hands-on experience w
ith IBM Planning Analytics (
TM1)
- Solid knowledge of TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting processes
- Experience w
ith Oracle Fusion Financials / General Ledger
(GL)
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data integration
- Experience with financial consolidation and enterprise reporting solutions
- TM1/IBM Planning Analytics certification is a plus.
