Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities
Candidate should have 7+ Years of experience in Category Management, and Management of strategic sourcing, RFx (RFQ, RFP, RFI) Management, Tender document creation, Conducting Sourcing Events, Supplier Selection and Qualification, Contract creation, Negotiation and contract management etc.
Perform And Deliver The Activities
Sourcing Event Management:
Manage and understand business requirements for inclusion in the Business Case and obtain financial approval to proceed
Finalize the specification and develop commercial tender documents which are aligned with requirements and suitable to go to market
Manage low-value sourcing events in line with relevant policies
Evaluate & select suppliers in line with relevant policies
Draft & perform Quality Assurance on Contracts
Upload and manage e-Commercial Contracts
Liaising with client for any changes in the Policies
Candidate should be adaptable working in any shifts.
