Key Responsibilities
- IT Asset Management
- Manage the complete lifecycle of company assets, including laptops, SIM cards, biometric devices, coffee machines, and other office equipment.
- Maintain an accurate asset inventory and ownership records.
- Track asset allocation, movement, repairs, replacements, and recoveries.
- Perform basic laptop troubleshooting, Windows reset/reinstallation, and initial device setup.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset issuance, maintenance, and returns.
- Office Administration
- Ensure all offices and retail stores are maintained in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition.
- Coordinate housekeeping and facility maintenance activities.
- Ensure office equipment is functional and operational at all times.
- Manage office supplies and consumables to prevent stock shortages.
- HRMS & Biometric Management
- Ensure biometric attendance devices function properly across offices and stores.




- Monitor attendance synchronization with the HRMS (Keka).
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve biometric or attendance-related issues promptly.
- Support HR in maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Vendor Management
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, facility maintenance, housekeeping, internet services, and office supplies.
- Track vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.
- Process service requests and follow up until closure.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of assets, warranties, invoices, AMC contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on asset utilization, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to asset management and administration.
