- Minimum 2 – 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC
- Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management
- Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows
- Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes
- 6. Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Perks
- Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module.
- Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
- Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets.




- Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented.
