Role Purpose

Manage and deliver cadre (GET/MTs/Trainees/Apprentices and other early-career populations) management and internal talent mobility operations across multiple manufacturing assets/sites.

The role is largely accountable to running governance, coordinating stakeholders, standardising campus hiring outreach and execution in partnership with TA, and ensuring consistent early-career management. Drive practical digitalisation of work packages (governance workflows, analytics insights,



campus portal, online hackathons, assessments and structured interview feedback capture) in partnership with HRIS/tech teams.

Key Responsibilites
- Campus hiring strategy & annual plan (with TA partnership)
- Build the campus hiring plan (target institutes, engagement approach, evaluation framework and calendar) aligned to workforce needs; coordinate with TA and sites for execution readiness.
- Campus hiring cycle execution (process, controls, closure
) - Own end-to-end campus cycle operations drive requirements consolidation, ensure assessments/interviews/feedback capture are completed on time, track offers-to-join, and run pre-joining engagement with TA owning hiring actions.
