Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced C++ .NET Developer with 68 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C++, C++/CLI, .NET Framework/.NET, object-oriented design principles, and Windows application development. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ and .NET technologies.
- Develop and enhance Windows desktop applications and backend components.
- Work on native and managed code interoperability using C++/CLI.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and system reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Develop and consume APIs, services, and reusable software components.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and product owners throughout the SDLC.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.

Required Skills
- 6-8 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17 or higher).
- Experience with C++/CLI and .NET Framework/.NET.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns.
- Experience in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and debugging tools.
- Robust knowledge of Windows application development.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git/Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
