Role Description
The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing and growing relationships with existing and new business clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales of reusable food containers, and providing consultative support to customers on product offerings. The Account Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts,



and ensuring timely order processing in coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools, and supporting marketing and outreach activities to expand Terra Tech Packs’ presence in key segments.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term business partnerships.
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with experience in B2B or industrial product sales preferred.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data tracking for reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to understand product features, quality standards, and operational processes to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
