Position Overview
Lakshya Venture is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who want to develop practical skills in business development, sales, customer engagement, and professional communication while working on real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
? Support lead generation through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
? Assist in customer engagement and professionally handle client queries.
? Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
? Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
? Maintain clear, professional, and effective communication with clients.
? Resolve customer concerns using strong problem-solving skills.
? Adapt communication based on customer needs and preferences.
? Continuously improve communication and business development skills through feedback and practical experience.
Required Skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
✔️ Basic knowledge of sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
✔️ Hindi proficiency is mandatory.

⏰ Working Hours: 3 Flexible Hours/Day (Between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
