Role Summary

We are looking for a Printer Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in printer installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance to provide technical support and ensure smooth printer operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and MFDs.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Handle toner, cartridge, and spare part replacements.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Requirements
- Diploma/ITI/Graduate in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in printer support.
- Knowledge of HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Ricoh, or similar printers.
- Basic networking and printer configuration knowledge.
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
