Job Description
- Comprehensive experience (8-12 years) in Banking & Financial services with exposure in Payments products implementations, Core banking system Implementation (large Programs) in the space of Transaction Banking business
- Hand-on experience of Payments and Cash Management products is the key (Must Have)
- Should be able to work closely with business to understand the requirement and translate it to BRD in terms of perks to be realized. (Must Have)
- Lead business solution design (scope, features, end to end processes, organizational impacts, pricing & billing, etc.)
- Contribute to architecture definition & validation (for the business processes)
- Support Product Manager and Features Teams during delivery phase by answering open questions and validating business rules
- Define business acceptance criteria to feed testing strategy
- Lead change management activities dedicated to middle and back-office teams which can include the designing of training material, providing end user trainings, live demos, etc.
- Validate go live pre-requisites
- Follow-up milestones during all delivery phases from functional design to end to end testing until go live decision
- To elaborate requirements to vendor/IT and validate the solution provided. Experience on RFP/RFI process is an added advantage.
- Provide production support in case of any incident (if required)
- Must Have experience on payment file format ISO20022, SEPA Products (SCT, SDD, Instant SCT) and SWIFT (Cross Border Payments)
- Knowledge market standard Payment Engines like FIS Clear2Pay, BANCS, TEMINOS T24, FlexCube, Intellect Design FCH, Global PayPlus is an added advantage
- Can take the role of feature team product owner to support product manager
- To ensure backlog completeness and prioritization
- To ensure that business needs are properly translated into user stories
- To ensure that the milestones are relevant, prioritized and will be delivered on time
