To assist the Regional Strategy Head in providing insights for strategic decisions by conducting market research and ficial analysis, ensuring timely due diligence, and aligning project performance with business plans and market trends.

Principal Accountabilities
- Due Diligence and Deal Acquisition Support: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to aid feasibility and ficial modeling decisions and submit to the Regional Strategy Head. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completion of due diligence activities within established timelines. Prepare detailed presentation decks covering market research, due diligence results, ficial analysis, risk assessments, and other relevant information for project viability and submit them to the Regional Strategy Head.
- Asset Management: Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to prepare a project business plan and submit it for review. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track the timely initiation of preconstruction activities, ensuring that all necessary information, documentation,



and resources are in place. Gather and consolidate ficial and operational data regularly and update the business plan to reflect the latest ficial trends, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments. Coordinate with internal departments to track project performance against approved KPIs. Track the progress of the construction project to ensure it adheres to the approved plans, budget, and timeline. Highlight and escalate any deviations to the Regional Strategy Head.
- Ficial Monitoring and Analysis: Coordinate with departments to gather input on their respective budget data. Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track ficial performance. Conduct comprehensive data assimilation and analyze ficial performance metrics such as IRR, and cashflows, comparing actual results to budgets and identifying deviations to provide actionable insights.
