About the Role

We are seeking a Software Craftsperson to design, develop, and scale digital products. You will leverage a broad range of software engineering practices, focus on Clean Code, and build out advanced AI capabilities within a rapid-paced environment.

Mandatory Skills (Use for Boolean Search)

Python, Agentic AI, Vector Database, RAG, Flask, RESTful APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize digital products using Python and frameworks like Flask.
- Build advanced AI capabilities utilizing Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and RAG frameworks.
- Develop robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs interacting with SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Apply Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps best practices into daily engineering.
- Monitor production health, build observability, and remediate root causes of technical issues.

Desired / Bonus Skills
- Frontend experience with JavaScript and React.
- CI/CD and Infrastructure experience using GitLab, ARM templates, or Terraform.
- Quantitative Python skills (Data Science / Algorithms).
