Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. The individual in this role will design, build, and optimize solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email journeys, automation workflows, and audience segmentation. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining Marketing Cloud components, developing and testing AMPscript and SQL queries,



and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources. The developer will collaborate with product managers, marketers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure data quality, and support campaign performance analysis. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and following secure, scalable development and deployment practices.

Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Strong hands-on skills with AMPscript, SQL for data extensions and segmentation, and familiarity with APIs and integrations
- Experience in digital marketing and CRM, including audience targeting, personalization, and campaign performance tracking
- Solid understanding of data management concepts, relational databases, and data hygiene in marketing platforms
- Proficiency in general soft
