Qualification
- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) registration.
- Teaching or clinical experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and clinical teaching to nursing students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
