Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead Soft Services operations across multiple client locations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in housekeeping operations, client relationship management, vendor management, manpower planning,



and service delivery within the Facility Management industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations across multiple client sites in Mumbai.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality housekeeping services as per client requirements and agreed SLAs.
- Lead and supervise site managers, supervisors, housekeeping staff, and support teams.
- Plan manpower deployment, attendance, shift management, and productivity across sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure service excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational issues promptly.
- Handle client escalations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor housekeeping standards, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness across all locations.
- Manage housekeeping consumables, equipment, inventory, and vendor performance.
