Job Summary

The Dealer Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Mahindra Intermediate Light Commercial Vehicles (ILCV), Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV), and Buses. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Mahindra ILCV, HCV, and Bus products.
- Generate recent business through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and customer networking.
- Identify and develop potential customers including fleet owners, transport operators, logistics companies, educational institutions, industries, government departments, and corporate clients.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explain product features, specifications, applications,



and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into retail sales.
- Update customer information, enquiries, follow-up activities, and sales status in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with finance partners to arrange vehicle financing and loan documentation.
- Assist customers with insurance, registration, delivery scheduling, and documentation.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and provide a smooth handover experience.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, customer meets, village campaigns, and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report to management.
- Prepare daily call reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports.
