About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will build intelligent analytics platforms, AI-powered dashboards, and GenAI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in business intelligence, data engineering, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Create executive-level dashboards with KPIs, scorecards, drill-through reports, and self-service analytics.
- Develop semantic models, data models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and Tableau visualizations.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy.





AI & Generative AI Development
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases.
- Develop AI assistants, intelligent search, chatbot, and document Q&A; applications.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize LLM responses for business use cases.
- Integrate AI capabilities into BI platforms for conversational analytics.

Data Engineering
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate multiple data sources including SQL databases, APIs, cloud storage, SharePoint, and enterprise applications.
- Implement vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards.

AI Solution Development
- Develop AI workflows using Python and contemporary AI frameworks.
