We are now looking for someone in the Founder’s Office who can help turn fast-moving execution into scalable systems.

Role

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can work directly with the founder to build AI driven operating systems across account management, operations, influencer data and reporting.

This is not a coordination role. It is a builder role.

Key Responsibilities
- Build an AI-enabled influencer CRM/database with creator profiles, category strengths, campaign history, GMV, reliability and brand fit.
- Build SOPs for account management across creator handling, brand execution, follow-ups, escalations and reporting.




- Build SOPs for operations across onboarding, campaign execution, product sourcing, reward tracking and issue resolution.
- Create daily AI-led reporting for account management and operations — including task progress, blockers, owner-wise output and risk alerts.

Who We Are Looking For
- Tier-1 college or exceptional startup execution background.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving.
- Comfortable with AI tools, automation and messy data.
- Can work with ambiguity and convert chaos into systems.
- Solid communication and follow-through.
- Willing to execute deeply, not just make plans.

Good To Have

Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Retool, AppScript or Looker Studio.
