We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.




- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of accounting experience (or as required by the organization).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books).
- Knowledge of applicable tax laws and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred, depending on the role).
- Experience in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
