About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Social Media Strategist who can take complete ownership of our social media presence—from ideation and scriptwriting to content creation, publishing, and audience growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and platform algorithms, with the ability to create impactful content that strengthens brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities





● Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms.

● Own the complete content lifecycle—from ideation and scriptwriting to shooting, editing, publishing, and post-publication monitoring.

● Create compelling scripts for Reels, short-form videos, brand campaigns, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.

● Plan, create, and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns. ● Handle and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.

● Research industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to create fresh, engaging, and high-performing content.

● Plan and direct content shoots, coordinate production, and oversee editing to maintain high-quality output.

● Write engaging captions and optimize content using relevant hashtag
