About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead sales, scientific, and product training initiatives across PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering impactful learning programs, enhancing field force effectiveness, and supporting organizational growth through continuous capability development.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Identify training needs through field visits, surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Design, develop, and deliver product, scientific, and sales training programs.
- Prepare training manuals, product guides, evaluation sheets, and learning materials.
- Conduct induction, refresher, centralized, zonal, and virtual training sessions.




- Organize weekly online assessments and monitor training effectiveness.
Sales Force Capability Building
- Train Medical Representatives, Area Sales Managers, and Regional Business Managers on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.
- Conduct Management Development Programs (MDPs) for first and second-line managers.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend development plans.
- Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory learning programs.
Field Coaching & Performance Improvement
- Conduct regular field visits to coach sales teams and evaluate in-clinic effectiveness.
- Gather customer and market insights to improve training content and sales performance.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
Training Planning & Administration
- Prepare annual training calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate training activities with HR, Marketing, and Sales departme
