The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be the face of Goldrush Sports Coffee. You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, motivate your team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they walked in.

* Lead from the front and inspire others through your actions.

Communication & Community

* Be a passionate ambassador for the Goldrush brand.

* Confidently explain our functional coffees, protein shakes, super drinks, and performance-focused menu.

* Engage with athletes, runners, golfers, fitness communities, and corporate customers.
