Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Salesforce Order Management Specialist with 10+ years of Salesforce experience and robust expertise in Salesforce Order Management (SOM). The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable order-to-cash solutions, leading technical teams, driving integrations with enterprise systems, and ensuring seamless order processing from quote creation through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Order Management Solution Design
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Order Management solutions.
• Define scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand order management requirements.
• Drive solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

• Design and implement order capture processes from multiple sales channels.
• Configure Quote-to-Order conversion processes.
• Ensure seamless handoff between Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Order Man
