Junior Associate – Digital Transformation

Education
- B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream), BBA, BCA, or MBA.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Six Sigma or Business Analysis certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio.
- Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
- Exposure to Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar low-code tools is preferred.
- Working awareness of AI tools for productivity, automation, and efficiency (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AI Builder) — willingness to adopt AI-assisted ways of working is expected across all roles.

Soft Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.

- Interest in AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business process mapping and documentation.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Help configure and test workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI and automation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, and project documents.
- Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
- Track project progress and update status reports.
