Role & responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance our in-house OMS platform.
- Build new modules and workflow automations within the OMS based on evolving business requirements.
- Manage integrations between OMS, WMS, ERP systems, Shopify, marketplaces, courier partners, and third-party tools.
- Work on smart order allocation logic, courier assignment systems, order lifecycle tracking, and RTO management.
- Build and optimize catalog management and master creation systems.
- Integrate and maintain courier APIs, shipping aggregators, and logistics workflows.• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to identify bottlenecks and build scalable tech solutions.
- Improve system efficiency, automation, reporting, and operational visibility across departments.
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and seamless flow of orders from sales channels to fulfilment and delivery.
- Participate in architecture discussions and suggest scalable technology improvements for future growth.





Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development with primary expertise in PHP.
- Prior experience working on OMS, WMS, ERP, or large-scale e-commerce operational systems
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and marketplace integrations.
- Experience integrating courier/logistics APIs and shipment tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, warehouse operations, and e- commerce fulfilment workflows.
- Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve development efficiency and scalability
- Ability to independently build and scale internal tools and operational systems.
- Valuable understanding of databases, APIs, backend architecture, and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and scalability.
