DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience with manufacturers and/or TPI
- Experience in inspection of rotary equipment centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, positive displacement pumps, conveyors , steam turbines gears, etc.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Fertilizer, Power, LNG, Chemical, or Process Industry projects.

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Diploma holders with higher experience may be considered.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1/AWS-CWI) is preferred where fabrication inspection forms part of the scope.
- ASNT Level II certification mandatory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- To perform inspection at manufacturer’s shops- assembly, and testing processes, authorized stockist’s warehouses, NABL laboratories.

ATTRIBUTES:




- Good communication and report writing skills, able to operate through company software, learning attitude and willing to travel within the nearby region and occasionally at site.
- Sound knowledge of relevant ASME codes, API codes, TEMA , EN standards, etc.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs;, assembly drawings, datasheets, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with precision measurement, shaft alignment, rotor balancing, vibration testing and mechanical run testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inspection reporting software.
- Solid interpersonal skills for coordination with clients, vendors, and project teams.
