Are you passionate about design, creativity, and mentoring young talent? We're looking for a Design Foundation Faculty to build robust creative fundamentals for students pursuing Design programs.
? Position:
Design Foundation Faculty
? Minimum Experience:
1–3 Years
? Location:
Kalol, Gujarat
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Design Foundation subjects including:
- Elements & Principles of Design
- Basic Drawing & Sketching
- Visual Communication
- Color Theory
- Design Thinking
- Observation & Creativity Development
- Conduct studio-based practical sessions and creative workshops.
- Mentor students for portfolio development and design projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage innovation, experimentation, and creative problem-solving.
- Participate in academic events, exhibitions, jury evaluations, and curriculum enhancement.
✅ Desired Skills:
- Strong sketching, visualization,
and design communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Knowledge of current design trends and industry practices.
? Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design (B.Des./M.Des.) or equivalent in:
- Communication Design
- Visual Communication
- Product Design
- Interior Design
- Fashion Design
- Fine Arts
- or related disciplines.
