Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Wealth Management Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Demat account transfers, ARN transfers, client shifting, and other operational activities related to wealth management while ensuring compliance and timely execution of client requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle operational activities related to Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Wealth Management.
- Process Demat account transfers accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage ARN (AMFI Registration Number) transfers and related documentation.
- Execute client shifting requests across branches, RMs, or portfolios.
- Coordinate end-to-end wealth management operational processes.
- Ensure timely execution of client requests with high accuracy.
- Verify and maintain operational documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, custodians, and stakeholders for smooth transaction processing.
- Resolve operational queries and discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare operational MIS and reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in PMS Operations.
- Experience in Demat Account Transfers.
- Knowledge of ARN Transfers.
- Experience in Client Shifting and Wealth Management Operations.
- Understanding of capital market and investment products.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks within timelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
