Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Software, IoT & AI Leader who can drive the software strategy of the company and help transform our machines into smarter, more connected, and more productive systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in IoT, Embedded Systems, and AI-driven applications with a strong focus on improving machine performance, productivity, diagnostics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of software applications for embedded electronic systems for our machines.
- Drive modernization and enhancement of machine control systems and software platforms.
- Develop and implement solutions using RTOS, Linux, Embedded C/C++, and Qt.
- Architect and deploy IoT-based solutions for machine connectivity, remote monitoring, diagnostics,



and predictive maintenance.
- Identify and implement AI/ML applications that improve machine productivity, efficiency, uptime, and operator experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop next-generation intelligent equipment.
- Establish and drive Agile/Scrum-based software development practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Development and team leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of IoT architectures, connected products, and industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in industrial Machines.
- Proficiency in C, C++, RTOS, Linux, and Qt.
- Strong problem-solving, innovation, and leadership capabilities.
