Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, marketplace optimization, and customer support across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Update inventory and pricing regularly.
- Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Handle customer queries and maintain seller account health.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, coupons, and deals.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.




- Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify.
- Understanding of E-commerce SEO and product listing optimization.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in managing online marketplaces is preferred.
- Knowledge of advertising (Amazon Ads/Flipkart Ads) will be an added advantage.
