Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role requires consistent engagement with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and customer needs
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and software related to CRM, reporting, and sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a agile, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in financial products, digital payment solutions or related industries is a strong advantage
