Position Overview:
- We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead the company's real estate operations across all stages of project development. The role will be responsible for overall project execution, cost management, value engineering, procurement, contracts, engineering coordination, safety and project delivery.
- The COO will oversee key functions including Budgeting & Costing, Contracts, Procurement, Structural Design, MEP Services, EHS, ESG, and Project Execution. The primary objective is to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets, in compliance with statutory requirements, and in line with the company's quality standards.
- The COO will report directly to the CEO(s) and work closely with the senior leadership team to drive operational and business objectives. The role will also coordinate with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors,



and project teams, to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Costing: Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost management from due diligence through project completion. Drive cost control (Audits), value engineering, and effective cash flow planning across the project portfolio.
- Contracts & Procurement: Oversee contract strategy, tendering, vendor development, contract negotiations, and procurement of materials and services. Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Structural Design & MEP Services: Oversee structural and MEP engineering during the design and execution stages. Ensure coordination between design consultants and project teams to deliver practical, compliant, and productive engineering solutions.
