1. With at least 4 years of experience in the NodeJS (ExpressJS Framework), or 2 years in NestJS, so they can immediately contribute to the project rather than spending time grasping NestJS & Messaging.
2. With at least 2 years of experience in messaging (Azure Service Bus is best, but we are also open to other message brokers like Kafka. RabbitMQ etc)
3. Still actively hands-on with development
