Role Description
The Life Insurance Agent role at LIC is a full-time hybrid position based in Recent Delhi, with a mix of on-site client meetings and some work-from-home activities. The agent is responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining LIC’s life insurance products,



and recommending suitable plans based on individual financial goals and risk profiles. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting proposals, assisting customers with policy applications and documentation, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, handling queries related to policies and claims, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Agents are expected to stay informed about LIC’s offerings, regulatory changes, and basic financial planning concepts to provide clear, compliant guidance to customers.
