Job Summary

Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SD OTC with solution design, implementation, focus on publishing industry is preferred

Expertise in SAP OTC process with solid integration experience with other sap modules like FI/CO, MM P2P etc.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design, delivery leadership, ability to lead teams, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across global OTC processes

Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD OTC configurations and solution

Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders

Lead delivery for multi-phase SAP programs including implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support

Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, developers, integration teams, and offshore support

Provide project governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting





Act as the primary liaison between business process owners and the SAP delivery team

Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and other e-commerce platforms systems

Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, particularly in areas such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery

Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation/Migration/AMS projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget

Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate salesforce into overall IT strategy

SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA) is added advantage.
