Video Editor (Brand Films & Social Content)

who understands that editing isn't just about transitions and effects—it's about storytelling, pacing, emotion and communication.

If you're someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, understands creative intent, and can confidently take ownership of projects from brief to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Work On

- Multi-format edits for social and digital platforms

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency
- Strong storytelling and editing instincts
- Excellent understanding of pacing, music, rhythm and narrative
- Experience editing both short-form and longer-format content
- Comfortable working directly with creative teams and client stakeholders when required
- Ability to understand feedback quickly and translate it into better edits
- Experience working across multiple projects with demanding timelines
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Someone who enjoys solving creative problems—not just executing instructions

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working on healthcare or hospital brands
- Experience editing documentaries or interview-led films
- Basic colour grading and sound mixing skills
- Understanding of motion graphics workflows
- Experience with AI-assisted editing
