Job Description: ​Nexora Staffing is looking for dynamic and result-driven Freelance Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partners to handle end-to-end recruitment pipelines for our premium corporate clients. If you have a passion for headhunting and want a flexible, high-earning freelance engagement, this is for you ​Key Logistics & Shift Timings: ​Work Mode: 100% Work From Home / Remote-Based. ​

Operational Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM. ​Weekly Offs: Fixed Sunday Off + Alternate Saturdays Off. ​

Responsibilities: ​Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for active corporate requirements. ​Source high-quality candidates using personal networks, LinkedIn, and advanced headhunting channels. ​Conduct preliminary screenings, line up shortlists, and track client-side interviews until successful onboarding. ​Maintain accuracy across daily/weekly tracking sheets.

​Requirements: ​Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition domains.



​Excellent communication skills and strong profile-screening abilities. ​Must possess an independent setup (Laptop/PC & secure internet) for remote operations.

​Compensation Structure (100% Commission-Based): ​This engagement operates strictly on a volume success-linked commission model (No Fixed Base Component). ​

Company-Provided CVs Pipeline: ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 per successful closure (when candidate data pipelines are shared from our side). ​

Self-Sourced Pipeline: ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per successful closure (when mapped independently through your own loops). ​

Note: Payouts trigger post the candidate successfully clearing the client retention window (60-90 Days).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
