Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Project Manager to lead HVAC engineering and construction projects across India and the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing HVAC systems for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, Industrial, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from engineering and planning through installation, commissioning, and project handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review HVAC engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and quality while implementing corrective actions where required.
- Manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material approvals, and equipment delivery schedules.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Conduct project meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote a robust safety culture on all project sites.
