Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of building services and technical teams in a facility management environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, supervisory skills,



and experience in managing preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, and utility systems.
- Lead and monitor technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend and resolve technical breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, checklists, and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, equipment logs, and service reports.
